When you decide to take a class at GROVE, you must first fill out a Class Registration Form (click here to go to the form). Then once you have received an email saying a spot in the class has been reserved for you, now you are ready to purchase the class.
In order to keep your credit-card numbers out of all our digital records, we insist that all electronic purchases be facilitated through PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to make a purchase through PayPal. If you wish to pay by check or money order, please contact grove@openlatch.com for the land address to use when sending payments.
NOTE: If you purchase the class before registering for the class, you may not be able to enter the class even if you buy it due to the fact that all classes cap at 5 students.
NOTE: No refunds will be granted after the first week of class (midnight of the seventh calendar day from the listed start day of the term of the class, including the start day).
HOW TO PURCHASE: Click on the Buy Now button for the purchase of your choice. You will receive a transaction or receipt number on your receipt. Use this number in the Redemption form, which you must submit before the first day of the class or unit, or, in the case of portfolios, logs, or comprehensives, at least a week before you plan to submit the work or take the comprehensive. Only when both actions of buying the product and submitting your receipt number on the Redemption form are completed can you attend class, take tests, or submit work for credit.
