We assume that you have already communicated with an Open Latch service representative and have received the "go ahead" to buy the assessment. Please make special note that buying the assessment does not guarantee that the class or course that will be assessed will be approved by the panel. You are buying the opportunity for assessment, not the outcome. If the class is judged to be below the standard of traditional college instruction, as this instruction is defined by the assessing panel, then you will be given a list of needed revisions. You will have one chance to revise the syllabi and supporting documents and to re-submit them to MATCH. Once revised, this material will be re-assessed free of charge. If it is still deemed non-acceptable, there will be no more opportunities for the class to be assessed, and no fees will be refunded. The fee to assess one syllabus along with its supporting documents is $60. In most cases, this fee is non-refundable.
